Prices displayed online can be changed at the behest of the Blinds-express.co.za at any time and without notice, but are fixed for the buyer once an order is placed and paid for.
Completing an order on the website means that the buyer acknowledges that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and agreed upon. The buyer must provide all required information including name, email address, and payment details etc. allowing Blinds-express.co.za to process the order.
Blinds-express.co.za reserves the right to accept or reject any order or part thereof submitted by the buyer. If the seller rejects the buyer’s order, the buyer will be contacted and any monies paid by the buyer concerning the rejected portion of that order shall be refunded. Blinds-express.co.za shall have no further liability to the buyer concerning the rejected part of that order.
Except where specifically stated concerning a particular product, the prices for the products are stated and are payable in South African Rand (ZAR). Any currency conversion will take place online at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.
Blinds-express.co.za will only accept orders from within South Africa.
Blinds-express.co.za accepts PayFast payments directly linked from our website to your secured Banking site.
We also accept EFT deposits – please use the Order Number/reference on your order sheet when making EFT payments.
Blinds-express.co.za can not be held responsible if an incorrect reference is used when making payment which then leads to a delay to the buyers manufacturing and delivery.
All EFT payments must be emailed to Blinds-express.co.za after your purchase. No order will be processed by Blinds-express.co.za until Proof Of Payments is received.
Completion and Delivery of Blinds
Once Blinds-express.co.za has confirmed acceptance of the buyer’s order, Blinds-express.co.za will endeavour to dispatch the buyer’s order within 5 – 7 business days unless a different time frame is specified concerning a particular product.
If Blinds-express.co.za is unable to dispatch the buyer’s order within the time frame specified, Blinds-express.co.za will endeavour to contact the buyer and advise the buyer of the change of delivery.
Any proposed delivery times offered by Blinds-express.co.za are made in good faith but are estimates only and Blinds-express.co.za shall not be bound by such estimates nor will Blinds-express.co.za be liable for any loss, inconvenience or other damage caused by a delay in delivery.
Goods leaving Blinds-express.co.za’s premises are packed appropriately for delivery. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be lodged in the prescribed manner:
Before acknowledging delivery to the carrier, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment has been received, as per the carrier’s note.
Should there be a shortage of parcels or visible damage to the outer packaging, the carrier’s note must be endorsed accordingly and the buyer must contact Blinds-express.co.za within 24 hours with details of the issue.
Blinds-express.co.za will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a shipment that has occurred after having been delivered in good order and in accordance with the buyer’s delivery instructions.

Although Blinds-express.co.za has endeavoured to ensure that product and pricing information provided is accurate, complete, and current, Blinds-express.co.za does not provide any representations or warranties as to its accuracy or completeness, nor will Blinds-express.co.za be liable for any inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information provided.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the customised nature of Blinds-express.co.za’s products, Blinds-express.co.za cannot provide a refund if the buyer changes their mind, are unhappy with their colour choice, or the measurements they supplied are incorrect. Where the buyer believes that there is a discrepancy between the products ordered and what they have received, be it in quantity, size, colour or style etc. the buyer must notify the seller within 2 days of delivery and must provide Blinds-express.co.za with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of their purchase only. A full refund will occur. If the buyer cancels their order after 24 hours from purchase, Blinds-express.co.za will calculate as to their costs incurred to date, at their own discretion, and refund the remainder if any to the buyer, to cover manufacturing costs.
The buyer is responsible for all measurements and is therefore liable for any costs should inaccurate measurements result in a blind that needs alteration or replacement. If alterations occur, delivery will be at the buyer’s cost.
Blinds-express.co.za will not be liable for a buyer’s dissatisfaction with a characteristic of a fabric ordered.

The seller will not disclose personal information to third parties. The seller will only use personal information provided for administration, manufacturing and supply of products ordered.
